At Woollsia.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you can request an exchange under the following conditions:

Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

After 7 days, no request will be entertained.
✅ Conditions for Exchange

Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Damaged or altered products will not be accepted for exchange.

Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
🚚 Process for Exchange

Contact our customer service team at info@woollsia.pk or WhatsApp us with your order number and issue details.

Once your request is approved, you will need to send the product back through any reliable courier service.

After inspection, we will ship the replacement item to you.
💰 Exchange Shipping Charges

The customer bears the courier charges for sending the product back.

Woollsia.pk will cover the delivery charges for sending the exchanged product to you.

In case of receiving a defective or wrong product, Woollsia.pk will bear all shipping charges.
